I was thrilled with the provided toiletries. They seemed like a little luxury. the convenience store being open all day and night was a lifesaver for late-night cravings. the staff's friendliness really stood out. the change to the ladies floor was very thoughtful.

The air conditioning in the room could not be adjusted to my preferred temperature. It was slightly off.

The breakfast buffet presented many tasty choices. It was really convenient. i found many konbinis and restaurants just around the corner which was so useful. i thought this was a fantastic touch to my trip.

the location felt central with easy access to major attractions. the proximity to the metro lines made exploring so simple, especially with young ones. even though the city is busy, the hotel location provides a welcome sense of peace.

the underground link to the train station offered really good convenience, a detail i valued. a laundry service was available, streamlining my travel experience greatly. restaurants, convenience stores-all made for an amazing home base!!!
